1. Where We Ship

At this time, our delivery network is set up to carefully pack and ship physical hardware exclusively within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing & Timelines

Preparing Your Gear: Once your order is confirmed, our warehouse team takes about 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to securely pack your items and prepare them for dispatch.

Transit Times: We partner with highly reputable couriers to ensure your components arrive safely. Generally, you can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 7 business days after it leaves our facility. Please keep in mind that deliveries to more remote locations might naturally take just a little bit longer.

3. Shipping Costs & Tracking

Calculated at Checkout: Any shipping charges for your order will be clearly calculated and displayed before you finalize your purchase. We also love offering free shipping on select peripherals or during special promotions, which we will always highlight on the site.

Tracking Your Package: As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partners, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your hardware's journey right to your doorstep.

4. Helpful Delivery Guidelines

Double-Checking Your Address: We kindly ask that you review your shipping address and contact number carefully during checkout. Having the exact details helps prevent any delivery hiccups. If a package needs to be rerouted due to an incomplete address, there might be slight delays or additional transit costs, which we would need to coordinate with you.

If Something Arrives Damaged: We pack our hardware with a lot of care, but sometimes the transit process can be rough. If your order arrives with visible damage, please let us know within 48 hours. Sharing your Order ID and a quick photo of the condition really helps us assess the situation so we can find a helpful solution for you.

Unexpected Delays: While our couriers are usually right on schedule, unforeseen events like extreme weather, local disruptions, or holidays can occasionally slow things down. If your package is delayed, please know we are right here to assist you in tracking it down.
