If your package is already on its way to you, simply wait for it to arrive and then initiate a standard return process as outlined below.

We want you to be thrilled with your new gear. If something isn't quite right, you have 7 calendar days from the day of delivery to request a return.

To ensure your return goes smoothly, please verify that the item meets the following criteria:

  • It remains unused, unopened, and in the exact condition you received it.
  • It is in its original manufacturer packaging with all factory seals completely intact.
  • It is accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
